Plenary Talks
NWAV 45 featured three plenary lectures connected to our theme: one examining language, migration and identity within speech communities (Corrigan); one examining multilingualism, vernacularization and standardization (Naro and Scherre); and one that focuses on supporting communities as they deal with issues of maintenance and change of their linguistic identity (Wolfram).
